Ghosts can be tossed out of resurrection animation

1. Resurrect next to an enemy with a tossing attack (i.e. Armored Bearger, Deadly Brightshade, Daywalker)
2. Get hit by said attack before resurrection finishes.
3. Get launched. Get Sad.
