Ghost player screen even when alive. Tried to die and respawn at florid postern, screen had a harsh blue and red filter.

A player got disconnected in my server, and when they reconnected, they were met with a dead player/ghost screen, with everything grayed out, and the health, hunger, and sanity bars were gone. They tried to die and respawn at the florid postern, but when they did, the screen had a major blue and red filter. The world was 150 days old at the time, and there was a message at the player's screen that they had survived 147 days. I decided to rollback the server to 148 days to try and resolve the problem, but the player still had the same screen, but this time, the screen said the player survived 145 days. We both tried disconnecting and reconnecting and restarting the server a bunch of times, no dice.

For the record, the player was using Wendy. The attached image below is the screen of the affected player.
