Getting a "Unable to write to files in the config directory" Error Message

After latest update everytime I turn game on, this message appears: Unable to write to files in the config directory, please make sure you have permission for your Klei save folder.
I tried to reinstall, checking files, antivirus settings and nothing changes. There is only one thing what works, when I type '-persistent_storage_root c:\DontStarveTogether' into the launch options. but when Im doing it, and turning game on all my saves from the game disappears. If anyone know how to fix this issue please help.
