Game opening on no visible windows cannot fix

Hello so recently every single time I open the game it opens on neither of my two monitors and just changes my secondary monitors resolution to be very very tiny, I have tried adjusting the client.ini file and I've been having a ton of issues with my monitor flashing only when the game is open not with any other game, and my refresh rate and resolution being reset Everytime I open it. Any help would be awesome.

Update: The issue only occurs with 2 monitors with only the ultrawide I don't face the same issue. The flashing goes away as well.
