Game freezes when you change the secondary bind to "R"

When I change the keybind for secondary to "R" specifically- my client will freeze usually around six seconds if I use the (Shift- drop) on any item.

Steps to Reproduce

-Change Keybind for "Secondary" from the default to "R".

-Hold Shift- and drop any item.
