Game does not lounch -Faulting module name: MSVCR90.dll-

Hello, so after the new update, I decided to install dst, I have not played it on new system. And when I start the game, it just does nothing, and after a few sec, steam allows me to start the game again. And no matter how many times I try to start it, nothing happens. So I decided to check the event logs, and I found this error:

I tried everything that I could find. Reinstelled redist like 10 times. Did all the scans and what not. But nothing works.

 

Please help :(
