game crashes when joining server

My friend is having trouble joining DST server. When he tries to connect to my server, game just crashes without any error message.

He tried unsubscribing all deleting mods files, didn't work, after that deleted whole game folder and downloaded again. didn't work.

Tried it with antivirus turned off, didn't work. Firewall was not a problem either.

windows OS and graphic driver are updated. good hardware that can definitely play DST.

It propably isn't server problem, since other person can join the server.

and he said that game works if he joins his own server, but crashes when joining mine or any other people's servers.
