Game can not be played with cloud saves enabled after it crashed and didn't upload the latest save completely

After getting my daily reward and entering the Inventory (Cabinet) in order to sell the item, the game unexpectedly freezed with the background music still running, until finally crashing. When trying to restart it, I get prompted with 'Cloud Out of Date' error (photo attached).

Mentions:

- The game works started with Cloud Saves disabled;

- I tried verifying the integrity of the files, repairing the Library (from Settings > Storage), running Steam as an administrator => nothing worked

- it does, however, seem to sync the game into my One Drive account automatically, as usual.

- no minidump file of the crash was created.

- game was updated to latest version available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game (normally, not 32 bit)

2. Click on daily reward prompt

3. Enter Item Collection > Wardrobe

4. Click on Wanda character

5. Wait for the game to crash after it freezed

6. Try to start the game again after Microsoft automatically send a report on the problem
