Game Bugging when entering the Caves

Whenever i enter the Caves in my World, i get the situation in the screenshot. If i try to leave the Caves i get sent back to the Character Create Screen and all my Data gets wiped

Steps to Reproduce

I honestly have no clue how this is happening, just started to happen after the update

This also happened to two players on my dedicated server. They got despawned/rerolled after loading from cave shard to main shard.  The user save files got corrupted after trying to rollback and server wasn't able to restart anymore.

Couldn't fix it in, so I had to deploy a backup.

Linking new reports related to the issue:

 

 

This is also happening to me, PC version, with no mods, %100 of the time, as Woodie in a 370 days dedicated server.

Its blocking me from every new interaction with the caves, and there is no work arounds for the issue, it persists after rollbacks.
