It may be intentionnal but leaving the Friendly fruit fly alone is kind of the point of having a Friendly fruit fly. It will always be better to tend the garden yourself if you have to stay around for the Friendly fruit fly to work. :/
Steps to Reproduce
-Have a Friendly fruit fly
-Leave it off screen (go far away from it)
-Friendly Fruit Fly stop working when unloaded
