Font Size in the Skill-tree and Scrapbook Window of Chinese Language Desperately Needs to be Enlarged

This needs to be improved in English Language too but not THAT noticeable.

The words aren't even complete. They are so small that parts of them cant be displayed with more than 1 pixel.
