:Fixed: Can't build "Incomplete Experiment"

I went through all the trouble of summoning the moon storms. I helped Wicker bottom, got the plans, and built the Incomplete Experiment and now can't place it. I don't know why. It goes through the animation and fails every time.

Steps to Reproduce

Build celestial alters and summon moon storm, help wicker bottom, build Incomplete Experiment at your base and fail to place it cause unknown reasons.

Are you using geometric placement? Then disable it (in settings or holding ctrl down) and try placing it again
