Fed-Frozen Antlion, server crash on attack

We've recently stumbled upon a crash, when attempting to fight an Antlion, just after feeding it stage 5 thermal stones.

 

We have 1 mod enabled only: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1840284484

I'm not sure if it's mod issue or game issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach the antlion

2. Build an Endothermic fire

3. Cooldown the stones to stage 5

4. Feed stones to antlion

5. Once antlion is frozen solid, force attack

6. Server crashes
