I’m reporting a potential bug related to the interaction between the character Woodie and the item Fancy Fan in Don’t Starve Together.
When using the Fancy Fan, Woodie receives only half the intended cooling effect. Instead of the standard reduction, his temperature is lowered by only 20 ∘C. The Fancy Fan functions correctly for all other characters.
I’m playing on the latest version that was recently released, although the issue also existed in the previous version. No mods are installed in the world.2026-06-12 03-38-45.mkv

Start a game or join a server, selecting Woodie as the character.

Craft the Fancy Fan или locate one in‑game.

Wait for or travel to an area with high ambient temperature (e.g., during Summer).

use it from the inventory.

Monitor the character’s temperature change.
