Failed to Unravel Skins into Spools - Klei Server Connection Error

Since the previous update, I have been unable to unravel skins into Spools.

Whenever I select a skin and try to unravel it, the game shows the following error message:

“Connection Failed / Sorry! Failed to connect to Klei servers. Please try again.”

 

I do not think this is caused by mods, because the same issue still occurs even after disabling all mods and trying again.

My internet connection is working normally, and other online features appear to work.

I suspect that the issue may be related to my user data, cached data, or something specific to my account.

I also heard that the latest update added a new feature for mass unraveling duplicate Curios, so I tried using that feature as well.

However, that also results in an error. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

I have many skins from login rewards, in-game purchases, and the Steam Market, but I currently cannot unravel any of them into Spools.

This is very inconvenient, so I would really appreciate it if this issue could be checked.

Please let me know if you need my Steam ID, Klei account information, logs, or any other specific data.

I originally tried to contact Klei Support directly about this issue, but the email verification process keeps failing, so I came to the forum instead.

How can I receive support for this issue? Is there another way to contact Klei Support if email verification does not work?
