As the title mentions, eyeplants follow a rather weird growing pattern. When eyeplants from a particular lureplant cease to exist under some circumstances (eg. killed when there's not enough space left for potential future eyeplants to grow, shrunk due to winter), not as many new eyeplants emerge as they should be. Restarting the server temporarily solve the problem and cause new eyeplants to fully emerge.
Step 1. Plant a lureplant on land
Step 2. Modify turfs around the plant until very little window space is left for eyeplants to spawn, eg: a one-turf large space
Step 3. Wait/speed up the world until all possible eyeplants spawn
Step 4. Kill all the eyeplants
Step 5. The number of eyeplants respawned is revealed less than their original total number
Step 6. Restart the server
Step 7. All eyeplants regrow normally
Or
Step 1. Plant a lureplant on land
Step 2. Wait/speed up the world until all possible eyeplants spawn
Step 3. Wait/speed up the world until it is winter
Step 4. Wait/speed up the world until it is no longer winter and when eyeplants are supposed to regrow
Step 5. The number of eyeplants respawned is revealed less than their original total number
Step 6. Restart the server
Step 7. All eyeplants regrow normally
