Eye of terror spawning every time I load in

The steps I think to duplicate this is to start the fight and don't finish it then every time you log in after that will spawn the eye of terror if you log in at night. I thought that the Terrarium being on the ground was the reason why but I put it into a chest and it's still spawning.

I also got it to phase two so maybe that's another requirement to duplicate this bug.
I'll try to add more details if needed, I'll also kill the eye of terror to see if that stops it. I've died a few times because I get charged out of the dark when I log in.
