Every item and interactable like boulders trees and road are all misplaced

this applies to all worlds join or created, mods or no mods, and i have reinstalled the game and checked integrity of files several times. the game behaves like there is no issue, mostly visual but i cant play the game like this.

Steps to Reproduce

I have no idea could not find any issues like this all i did was start making worlds and now all are like this.

Ive Managed to fix it but the way i did most people wont like to if they have to, What i had to do was delete everything located in Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether and now my worlds generate normally but i lost all my local save worlds and settings.
