Entering/exiting Caves causes inventory resets/death, rollback errors

On my main server, entering the caves took me back to a state which was several in-game days out of date, and in a different area than my entrance should've connected to. My inventory, stats, even the cooldowns on my Backtrek Watches (playing Wanda) kept being reset back to the same state every time I entered the caves, while every time I left they kept resetting to what everything was when I started up the server today, despite several in-game days passing. My friend playing as a different Survivor experienced similar issues entering & exiting the Caves via the sinkholes. Starting up a fresh server appeared to fix things (regardless of same server mods list), but after a few hours my friend found similar errors when we rolled back the day, with the final straw being when merely entering the caves killed her character.

Did it happen during a Great Depths Worm attack? The mod Display Attack Range you are using is known to crash servers. I don't know if it's related to this crash, but it might be worth to try without this mod (or any mod, I suppose).

New info: The Mods appear to not have any bearing on the bug, as I deactivated nearly all of them; instead, it appears to arise from excessive rollbacks (one of us was dying rather frequently about 3-4 hours into the session). Disconnecting the server and rolling back two days seems to work, though. Interestingly, hired/tamed Clockworks aren't affected by the bug, only player inventories/stats/position when arriving in the other shard.
