Enny meeny miny moe?

I have been experiencing a certain annoying issue with this game, where every time I log in, a girl appears and sing the music: "enny meeny miny moe,"
and then a man also sing the same thing. After that, they have some dialogue and a certain sound effect plays, and it keeps repeating constantly, 
even if I try to join a different server. I hope to receive a response because I have a lot of affection for this game, and I haven't found anything
on the internet to assist me.

As far as I know there's nothing like this in the game... could it be a mod issue? Also this feels like some kind of creepy pasta

There's nothing scary here, it feels more like a thriller. I'll try to record a video to show you. I turned down the game volume completely, but it didn't help. It seems like something in the background, but I couldn't find it even when accessing the task manager

 

I recorded the video without any edits and showed my settings there. I think it could be something external to the game, but only when I close DST.I cannot upload a file larger than 10MB here, so I posted it on YouTube.
