During Fuelweaver fight in the Atrium, sanity creatures will attack the player once they spawn in, regardless of the players sanity. They will keep attacking even if you raise your sanity back to its full value.
Steps to Reproduce
Fight Fuelweaver, get low on sanity so nightmares spawn, get sanity back up until they should despawn
