Recently I have merged my klei account and epic games account. Because of that merging, twitch said to link my klei account and twitch (again). Later I have claimed my silver tuna tin from twitch. Today, I join the dst, and game gives me every one of my twitch drops I had (Fish bat, conch torch, serpentine storm eater, and monstrous horror) except for the Silver Tuna Tin.
So basically because of merging twitch wanted me to link my klei account again, and after linking it gave me my already claimed drops.
Useless, but funny.

1. Have atleast 1 twitch drop skin
2. Merge twitch and klei
3. Merge klei account and something else (Epic games for my case)
4. Watch twitch streams and have a skin ready to be claimed
5. Twitch should offer you to link your klei and twitch accounts again. Do it.
6. Hop on DST. Game should give you that 1 twitch drop that you had before claiming one from step 4 again.
Bug is reproduced. Since I already merged my accs, I cant repeat it, but this should work
