DST not launching my servers and being constantly blocked by firewall

No matter what I do I cant launch my old and new worlds (tried making a new save folder for them in another drive and it doesn't work either). I followed the klei tutorial on how to fix that (the ransomware protection thing) issue but it just doesn't work. Dst is still blocked by my computer even when I allow it through the firewall and stuff. The weird thing is that it says it's blocking something in the Klei folder in documents. I don't think I have my game there since it's either on the D drive or E drive (i allowed games from both drives through the firewall as well as excluding the Klei folder from controlled access) and when i try to allow files from the folder through protection they are nowhere to be found in them. I tried to restart the game and pc multiple times, after making changes on my computer as well. I had to uninstall two antivirus apps so I could even start working on solving this issue but after 2 days of trying to follow tutorial after tutorial nothing seems to work. I also fully uninstalled the game and the Klei folder in my C drive but it didn't fix the issue. I'm starting to doubt if it's a problem with the game or is it just my pc. My father says that since the game is from Steam it shouldn't be blocked by anything but here it is. I have no idea what to do anymore and i don't want to abandon my favorite game.
PS. I also disabled all mods but it didnt work either. I also use windows 10, so maybe it has to do with it but i'm not sure
