DST closes immediately after opening

Hi all,

I've been trying to run DST on my Ubuntu 14.04 (through Steam) and failing. The game used to run some months ago, but then now it doesn't run.

When I click Play, the game seems to open, the screen goes black (as usual) but then the game just closes and that's it :(  Besides, when the game closes it leaves the monitor resolution potato-y, and I have to fix it with `xrandr -s 1366x768`.

Both Steam and DST are updated. I uninstalled DST and installed again, just to make sure (and a tad out of desperation ;-).

Any idea what's happening?
