DST Changing Monitors' Refresh Rate w/ New Update

After the full release of Staying Afloat, anytime I'm focused in on DST, it adjusts both of my monitors' frame rates. I usually run at 144hz, but it gets set to 60hz. I'm aware that the game is naturally locked at 60fps, but it makes a huge difference in my mouse and anything I'm running on my second monitor. This never happened before this update, not even on the beta branch, so I'm unsure if I've done something wrong or if something was changed recently.

To clarify:

- When I am focused on DST, it changes the refresh rate/hz of both of my monitors to 60hz. When I click off of the game, it returns to 144hz. It does this regardless of being windowed or fullscreen.

- This is not about the game's natural fps limit, nor the bug with needing to change resolution to change the ingame refresh rate value. The game is changing the settings my monitors themselves, which occasionally causes flickers and makes videos and cursors noticably less fluid. I've tried many combinations of changing my monitors' and the game's settings, and nothing has resulted in a consistent refresh rate.

Steps to Reproduce

- Have monitor(s) refresh rate set to anything above 60.

- Launch DST and check your monitors' settings. It should be listed at 60hz whenever your computer is focused on the game.
