This is partly my fault, but I believe this is also a bug? I merged a steam account and a ps4 account, however the ps4 account I merged was not the correct one, as the one I meant to merge has nearly all the DLCs. I went to unlink these accounts, but I don't see any way to do so? I instead thought I could link multiple PS4 accounts together, but that doesn't seem to be an option either.
I figured this might be a me thing, like maybe accounts can't be un-merged, so I contacted support, but haven't heard back in 3 weeks. I thought maybe I didn't follow the support steps correctly, so I reached out again, and it's now been 5 days since. I replied to the auto-generated support ticket almost immediately.
Is this a problem with how I did it? Is there a way for me to fix this without support's help?
Link any two accounts, and you can no longer link any more of the same type of account (ie PS4 with PS4). You cannot unlink any of these.
