Was in caves riding a beefalo using Nightshade Nostrum as it gives night vision. When it ran out, I tried drinking another, but didn't gain any night vision. Also there's currently no animation for drinking a potion on a beefalo, so I just went invisible. Anyways, when I got off the beefalo to drink it, it STILL didn't work. I had to take off the Wraith's Wreath, put it back on, and THEN drink the potion, which let it work. What's weirder is, prior to me taking the hat off and on again, it seemed to still give my health icon the Nightshade Nostrum tab. Also while I'm not 100% sure, perhaps the cave darkness also had an effect? Not sure if you're able to apply potions in the dark
Put on the Wraith's Wreath
Get on a Beefalo
Drink a potion (Nightshade Nostrum is the easiest to test with as it makes your vision greyscale)
If it fails, get off the Beefalo, take off the Wraith's Wreath, put it back on, and try drinking another potion to see if it starts working then
(If the problem doesn't show up again, try doing it in darkness or cave darkness specifically as that's how it happened to me)
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
