Don't working skins when i try to wear them

Don't working skins when i try to wear them in the start or in the wardrobe. I just spawning with default character. I also disable any mods

P.s Sometimes this thing disappears, but this happening randomly

Steps to Reproduce

Im just creating a new world, try to choose character and skin, and this happens
