Don't Starve Together Mod Tools does not work for Windows 11

Spriter and Autocompiler seem to be outdated for Windows 11. Whenever I attempt to boot either of these up, I get a MSVCP100.dll and MSVCR100.dll not found error. I looked for these files and they are completely absent on my windows 11 SysWOW64 files.

Seems to affect Windows 11 systems

These files are from a redistributable package from Microsoft and MSVCP100.dll is from what I remember being the 2010 redistributables.
