My game refuses to load unless I load it back all the way in windows XP which causes it to start in a windowed browser and half my screen is missing and it won't allow me to go into full screen or change my resolution. I've forced my graphics card to be used and disabled my integrated graphics card. I don't have MSI or RivaTuner, I don't have any anti-virus software running. I've also verified my files. I just don't know what else to do anymore.
