Display stuck when I am in game

I'm experiencing a very weird situation. It's unable to do anything when I am in game, it stuck like everything paused. However it get works if I switch to other screens. Looks like the game is running well when I am NOT in the game. I've tried to reinstall it again and again, and the display is still stuck. I unsubscribed all mods and deleted all mod files from system fold. Also, I'm sure the system's drivers are up to date. All my other games work very well, but only DST, I believe it's not about my computer or any software.
