Disconnecting from Internet on game launch

Whenever I start up the game, my computer disconnects from the internet and the game crashes. I am unable to reconnect to the internet until after the game closes. Please note that only my computer disconnects--any other devices connected to the same network are unaffected. 

Additionally, this seems to only happen when DST is updated. Over the past few weeks, I was able to connect and play the game without problems from Monday to Wednesday, and then when the Thursday mircopatch is available, I was unable to play again until the micropatch on Monday. 

Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue!
