We recently started playing our server again with my friend. It hasn't been started since the new 3 updates. We joined in on the world, but during the morning save the server disconnected us both, and the server was reset to the previous day. We thought this was a mod issue, so we turned off all mods to see if it would help, but it didn't. Then we checked that if I was alone on the server then it wouldn't throw me out. We figured out that the problem has to be with the caves shard, because if i was on the surface and my friend was in the cave, then only he would get thrown out of the server and the caves would be plugged by the game.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch server
2. Wait for the morning save in multiplayer
3. Server shuts down
