dirt pile no tracks

This also happened too me, once I investigated the dirt piles, there was nothing, however the other dirt piles did spawn and did lead to a mob, it is just animal tracks that do not appear.

Please we need a solution for this, this also started happening on a few of my worlds, you inspect the dirt pile but nothing pops up and theres no new dirt pile to follow, basically it's impossible to find Koelefants.
