Digamajig not working on Controller

You can't use the Garden Digamajig using Steam Deck. It will be red and say you can't place it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a controller on latest patch of DST

2. Pick up a Garden Digamajig and press right on d-pad to use

3. Walk around to try and place it
