Did not get spools for Emergency exit

According to latest hotfix - 513864 - players should get 1350 spools
I have checked my belongings - I dont have exit any more but also I didnt get spools for that
Can anyone check that?

Steps to Reproduce

Buy Inventor`s Excursion Chest

had 4 items from chest

after hotfix - no emergency exit, and no spools for that

Go to bugs

This process has not started yet. Things are in motion in stages to make sure the database on the backend does not get into an invalid state.
