Dedicated server failed to start

So Im getting the "dedicated server failed to start" error message. Ive followed the windows security steps on the support page, as well as deactivated all mods and tried like that. I also tried rolling back a couple days from the server rollback menu. Still no luck.  

This is my longest running world at 1500+ days, so I'd be pretty sad if I couldnt continue it.

Let me know if you need any more info. I play on steam but cant find any mdmp files in the DST folder.

edit:

after reading another forum, i tried going into the save logs and deleting the last couple cloud saves in the session folder. Still not working, but the icon on the server where the characters face usually is is the question mark now, so I assume if i got into the server i would have to reselect my character?
