Dedicated Server Failed To Start

I created a host server with caves and cloud save and after entering the caves through an entrance I previously used I was spawned outside map borders and when I disconnected I got a "dedicated server failed to start message" and the latest rollback was 24 in-game days ago, when I tried to create a copy of the world at first I got an error message but after trying again I could create a copy that worked that was still 24 days back.

I tried giving controlled folder access to the 64x version of dst and the server exe and running dst as admin but neither worked.
