dedicated server failed to start

Hello,
since the webber update I haven't been able to generate a new world with caves in it; the message "dedicated server failed to start" keeps popping up. I'm not really sure what to do and would appreciate help. To clarify, when I disable caves it works just fine.

attached are files I understand should help diagnosing the problem.

Steps to Reproduce

I sipmly attempt to create a new world as I have done countless times before

User Feedback

I had the same problem. Plus the additional problem of not being able to launch the game (Something about steam not having permission to write the config files).

Creating an exception in your anti-virus software's settings fixed it for me. Personally I use AVG Free.
Create an exception for both the executable file for DST and another for the other .exe file in the same folder "dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer"

You can find these files in the storage device you have installed your game in, something like C:/programfiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Don'tStarveTogether/Bin

Hope this helps!
