Dedicated Server Failed to Start

My worlds wont load. They just keep saying

There was some sort of trouble starting the server. Please try again.

Steps to Reproduce

My server mods are API gem core, extra equip slots, and global pause.

My client mods are geo placement, combined status, extended map icons, and boss indicators.

a few days a go I was having trouble with time segs in LUA but it stopped and now this. sometimes i can get it to load by rolling back a day.
