Dedicated Server Failed To Start.

Since the update, any server and even any new world I try to start it hits me with  "There was some sort of trouble starting the server. Please try again." 

 

Here is my "server_log.txt" and "client log.txt"

Steps to Reproduce

I had disabled all mods. Did not make any difference. Same result.
