Dedicated server failed to start

When I try to create or start a world with caves, a message appears saying "dedicated server failed to start". I can create worlds without caves without any problem, I am not using any mods and I have tried to verify the integrity of the files and also reinstalling the game.

The server logs that I have passed are those that correspond to the surface and the caves.

Yes, I have tried to open the game and create a new world with caves and it has worked perfectly.

Although I don't know why it works now, since I put that notice I haven't done anything to try to fix it.
