dedicated server failed to start error

so, yesterday i tried to enter my map (it's an online map) and i got this error, i tried running it again and again, but still i got the same error.

i tried testing other maps that had caves, they too showed this error, i tried running steam and DST as administrator, but it didn't worked too.

i tried doing things said in the article about it (the one that you get from "Get more help" button): putting DST and DST dedicated server in "allow folder access" list, but it didn't worked either.

so i restarted my PC, and it still didn't worked. i tried changing my internet DNS and i also tried using VPNs, but they too, didn't worked. (i have this problem with my offline worlds too)

i tried to see if there's any program using the same internet port as the game (so it may blocked the game from using it) but there wasn't anything.

i uninstalled the game files and reinstalled them, but it didn't worked.

i ran my map files in another PC and got the same error, even without any mods. 

i looked upon the logs but i couldn't find anything.

currently i ran out of options, so i post this in here with my map save files and logs, meybe someone can help?...

ummm.. so i tried another methods such as:

making a new map with cave and replacing it's content with my map

or moving the save files to another path

but, you guessed it, it still didn't worked.

thread update: it got fixed:

i deleted the cave files from the cluster and tried to ran the map, it crashed at first but i rollbacked 2 days and it got fixed, so i added the same cave files again to see if it can launch with caves, but it didn't. i deleted the cave files again and made a new cave for my map in the cave tab, then i ran the map and it was ok, but i wanted to have my original cave ma, so i tried to copy files from my original cave files and replace them with my new cave, at first it still errored when i tried to launch the server, but then i deleted the "backup" folder and some other files from the cave folder, the i launched the game and it FINALLY GOT FIXED. I CAN'T BELIVE ITTTTT.
