Dedicated Server Failed To Start, caves issue

So I have an issue with loading caves into the game.

Steps to Reproduce

Game works fine otherwise without caves. Deleted many Game servers, restarted the game, uninstalled-reinstalled the game, made it run as administrator through steam, did not solve the problem.

Had this issue for a time and just kinda delt with it without caves. Now I'd actually like to explore caves with friends.

How did you fix that? Please help me. This problem is driving me crazy, I've been unable to play with caves for months.

I have this problem too! what fixed it? I am not running any mods, the only thing that lets me start a world is disabling caves...
