decorations on table block some area from building

Video should explain the problem well. (No server mod is used)

Basically decorations block a small area from building stuff. This only happens to 1/4 circle area.

Steps to Reproduce

Follow steps in the video.

After putting decorations on table, there is an area roughly from 0.5 to 0.6 tile on a 1/4 circle is unbuildable.
