Deadly Brightshade sometimes tall sometimes short

The left Deadly Brightshade is apparently taller than the other two. 

I don't know if it's a bug or mechnism.

BYW, the left taller one is not always that tall, I remember it used to be short before.

No steps, just phenomenon.

It depends on the state of the plant host, if it has withered then the brightshade would be short
