DE spawning and unexpected ban

I was playing on one of my server I usually am on and I was randomly continuously getting despawned and even banned despite no ban vote or adman's allowing the ban and what is even stranger is i was able to join again for a brief session and then was locked out again

this happened over a period of like 3 days so not sure how or why this happened

Steps to Reproduce

i was just playing as wormwood and was getting despawned every few seconds and then abruptly got banned. I didn't do anything I can think of to affect this in any way

Does the server you are joining have mods on it? These symptoms are similar to the networking serialization being wrong from an out of sync networked variable from mods.
