Daily Reward - The Masquerader still shows up as locked even though discovered

I received The Masquerader as my daily reward but it shows up as locked on Wickerbottom.  It shows up on the bottom of the Item Collection screen as a recent discovery.  I have restarted the game and checked multiple times but it is still locked.
