CC Buzzard is too easy to lose its target, like when it be electric-shocked it just stuned for 1 second and fly away, which make Wigfrid can't kill them with elding spear(charged) when the world is wet.It also impossible for other characters who has 1x dmg multiplier with voltgoat jelly buff to kill them when the world is dry.
And it just lose its target for no reason, even if they were just attacked, and fly away.
Steps to Reproduce
Just be like Wilson and use electric weapon attack CC Buzzard, it will take 3 hits and fly away(and back with full health), you can NEVER kill them.
