I have to do more testing on this however it seems like if you have a single yellow gem and pearl's pearl socketed into crab king, his geyser attack hits you no matter what you do unless crab king himself is completely off screen. in the clip below im using 5 purple gems , 2 orange gems, 1 yellow gem and pearl's pearl. I only have 3-4 Info mods enabled and the issue persists even without them.
Steps to Reproduce
Socket 7 purple gems, 1 Yellow gem and pearl's pearl into crab king.
